A Vision Board can include other things like letters, ticket stubs, articles and photographs. Additional personal touches include felt tip markers, glitter, stickers, string, objects from nature and everything else that can help you fulfill your mission!

When choosing images for your Vision Board, give yourself plenty of time – this really is the most time-consuming part. Notice how you feel when you look at each image (empowered or passionate OR obligated or dutiful), and feel free to discuss your choices with a friend who wants you to be at your best… always! 

Using both sides of her board, Carol created a vision for her inner, personal self and her outer, public self. This is her Inner Self side.

There are 2 kids of chaos: Active chaos and passive chaos.

Active chaos is the mess we make when we’re right in the middle of it – creating, expressing, messing, wild and surrounded by The Process at hand.

Passive chaos happens when we forget to clean up the mess, and a few days later it still sits, depressing and weighty.

 

Just remember to clean up your mess, and finish The Process – at least for now.

Greg’s first board! This is a great example of "yin space" – he’s left plenty of opportunity for gifts to come in that he doesn’t need to specifically prepare for. After all, if we get everything we want, we’re short-changing ourselves… There is so much more available to us that we couldn’t even start to know how to ask for…
